Tandem is a virtual office for remote teams, and is one of the many companies blessed by Covid, and the acceleration of remote work.
The product is super novel, unobtrusive, and compelling for allowing team members to feel connected.
The team is tiny, which means as one of the first employees, there is potential for a substantial equity stake, ability to influence product and business direction and culture, and get lots of responsibility as Tandem scale's.
